We had a lot of kale left this week.. soooo... I made kale chips!
Have you ever made kale chips? They are super easy and they satisfy the salty crunchy desire of chips, with a healthy alternative. Kale is soooo good for us!
I made plain salted (using a high mineral salt because duh... why eat any other type of salt?)
Garlic + Salt
And the favorite this week is CURRY!! (I sprinkled a premade curry seasoning on 🤷♀️ and we all loved it! )
Preheat over to 375
Tear kale in pieces and fill a cookie sheet, add 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil and whatever seasoning you like, rub it all over with your hands until each piece is completely coated in oily salty spicy goodness.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
Even my kiddos will reach for these while they are grazing through the kitchen.
